Profile Our R&D staff have master's and/or bachelor's degrees to their credits and an average of 5 years of experience in performing research and development. Their expertise include computer technology, product design, and production efficiency enhancement. We develop new products to meet existing market demands as well as for new markets, and average about 10 to 20 new products a year. We emphasize on new product type, design, quality, and production technique.
